At RED Electric, occupational health and safety is a core value. We design, manufacture, and service medium-voltage equipment with a zero-harm mindset, complying with ISO 45001 and all applicable laws. Leadership provides safe workplaces and resources, while every employee and contractor is responsible for working safely and stopping work if conditions are unsafe. 

This policy applies to all locations and activities—office, factory, warehouse, and field works. We identify hazards in advance, apply the hierarchy of controls, use Permit-to-Work and LOTO for electrical risks, and control high-risk tasks (working at height, lifting, hot work, confined spaces). Competence is ensured through induction and refresher training; incidents and near misses are reported, investigated, and used for continual improvement through KPIs, audits, and management reviews. We provide the necessary training, tools, and PPE for safe work, and verify their effectiveness through routine inspections and audits.
